Could another uprising Belgian be on his way to Chelsea?

Okay we all know Eden hazard and the menace he could be to defenders. Now imagine another Eden Hazard at Chelsea! Well this could be it if the uprising Belgian star, Thibaut Verlinden (Right in the photo)  puts pen to paper at chelsea soon.
Chelsea are interested in signing the Belgian teenager Thibaut Verlinden, but they will have to face a battle with Stoke City.
The 15-year-old is one of the most
highly-rated prospects in Europe and has attracted interest from a host of top clubs, including Liverpool, Monaco and Borussia Dortmund.
Everton have also shown an interest in Verlinden, who is currently on the books of Belgian club Standard Liege, although it is Stoke who had been expected to clinch his signature.
But Chelsea have not given up hope of making a late move for the midfielder, according to reports in Belgium, and could yet try and beat Mark Hughes to a deal.
The prospect of developing his skills at Chelsea is reported to appeal to Verlinden, although the presence of so many high-calibre players might make it difficult for him to progress to the first team.
Meanwhile, Chelsea's contract talks with young striker Patrick Bamford will now have to be delayed following Middlesbrough's progression to the Championship play-off final.
Bamford is on loan with the Teessiders until the end of the season, but Chelsea want to offer him a new five-year contract.
Talks are now likely to have to be postponed until June at the earliest, with Boro's Wembley final set for May 25.
